Please allow 1 – 3 business days for dispatch of your order.
Deliveries by standard domestic post will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive, however due to the effects of the pandemic (or if you reside in a rural setting), delivery may take a little longer.
At this stage we are unable to offer Express Post.
Once your parcel is on it’s way, you will receive an ‘note’ added to your order with the registered tracking number. This will be sent to you by email, so please check your spam folder before reaching out to us for an update.

If you need to change the shipping address or add items to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
We use boxes made from recycled content and your parcels will come in a Better Packaging Co comPOST pack (a certified home compostable, fully biodegradable mailing satchel partly made from plants).
Due to the nature of our made to order store, purchases of scents are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If your products have been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged product as we will require this to process your claim.
Care of products
Due to the fragility of scent and the natural ingredients, we recommend caring for it in the following way.
- keep out of direct sunlight and in lower temperatures.
- keep out of the reach of children and pets
- glass is prone to easy breakage so please take care in handling these items
- shake the bottle before every use. This will disperse the natural ingredients so you receive an even and true application every time.
- keep lit candles away from any other materials, especially those that are highly flammable.
